IESL ANNOUNCMENTS

  • Hello IESL students!  In the next week or so, you will be receiving an In-Class Registration Form.  This form helps us prepare for the upcoming quarter, so it is very important that you fill the form out completely.  If you have any questions, your instructor will be happy to help.
  • IESL classes will be in session on Advising Day (Wednesday, November 7th).  You must attend class!
  • Campus will be closed, however, on Veterans’ Day (Monday, 11/12), and for the Thanksgiving holiday (Thursday, 11/22 and Friday, 11/23).

HOUSING
Many students have been asking about paying host families if they leave during the Winter break December 14th through January 1st.  The policy states students pay their normal monthly rate of $650.00 throughout the year unless they request to hold their room for over 30 days when leaving school.

PEER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Peer Volunteer Applications are now available at the IP front desk! Due date is Tuesday, November 13th at 5pm.

CAMPUS ANNOUNCEMENTS
To provide a healthy environment for students, faculty and staff, Green River will become a tobacco-free campus starting January 1, 2013. This means that the use of any tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars or pipes and smokeless or chewing tobacco will be prohibited in Green River buildings or on campus.
